A Year in the Making
Jolene came to me through a referral from one of my first clients. I LOVE referred clients because we already have something in common, the friend who referred them. Plus, a referral is one of the highest compliments! I'm always so flattered when my friends and clients recommend me to others. They trust me with their most precious moments, and wish the same for their loved ones.
The Jakielski family originally scheduled a newborn session with me for the end of summer 2020. Jolene and I actually had due dates about a week apart. It was going be perfect timing to do her newborn session when I was back from maternity leave.
Well, we all know that nothing in 2020 went as planned, and this was no different. Due to medical reasons, Jolene had to reschedule her session, and before we knew it, the weather was far too awful to make it work. Long story short, she decided to have me come out for her little guys 1st birthday. It ended up being perfect! The weather was phenomenal, and their property is gorgeous! That sweet boy sure made me work for his smiles, but in the end it was totally worth it!
